(2) Conversation history with our AI assistant, including messages, questions, and responses. (3) Service usage data such as features accessed, credit transactions, and interaction patterns. (4) Technical information including device type and language preferences. We only collect information that is necessary to deliver and improve our services.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: provide personalized fortune telling and recommendations based on your conversation history; process credit transactions and manage your account; improve service quality and user experience; send relevant notifications about your account and services; respond to your inquiries and provide customer support. We retain your conversation history to provide contextual and personalized responses, remembering your preferences and previous readings for a better experience.
4. AI Training Policy
Important: Your personal data and conversation history are NOT used to train any AI models. Your conversations are stored solely to enhance your personal user experience within MuteluAI, such as remembering your preferences and providing contextual responses. Your data remains private and is not shared with third parties for AI training purposes.
5. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only with: service providers who assist in operating our services under strict confidentiality agreements; legal authorities when required by Thai law or other applicable regulations. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing or AI training purposes.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information in accordance with PDPA requirements. This includes encryption, access controls, and secure data storage. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
7. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Conversation history is retained to maintain service continuity and personalization. You may request deletion of your data at any time, and we will process your request in accordance with PDPA requirements.
8. Your Rights Under PDPA
Under Thailand's PDPA, you have the right to: (1) Access your personal data and obtain a copy. (2) Correct inaccurate or incomplete data. (3) Delete your personal data - you can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data including conversation history. (4) Restrict or object to certain processing of your data. (5) Data portability where applicable. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information below. We will respond to your request within 30 days.
9. Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at contact@mobiusvision.com or through the LINE chatbot. Upon receiving your request, we will delete all your personal information including: your account details, conversation history, credit balance and transaction records, and any other associated data. Please note that once deleted, this action cannot be undone and any remaining credits will be forfeited.
