By accessing or using MuteluAI services through LINE, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
MuteluAI provides AI-powered fortune telling, daily horoscopes, lucky color predictions, Tarot readings, Thai astrology, and wallpaper services through the LINE messaging platform.
3. Credits and Payments
MuteluAI operates on a prepaid credit system where 1 Thai Baht equals 1 credit. There are two types of credits: (1) Purchased Credits - obtained through direct payment, these credits never expire and remain valid permanently in your account. (2) Bonus Credits - earned through daily check-ins, birthday check-ins, or referral rewards, these credits have a limited validity period ranging from 24 hours to 7 days depending on the promotion type. The expiration date for each bonus credit is clearly displayed in the app. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. When using credits, bonus credits with the nearest expiration date will be consumed first. Purchased credits are subject to our refund policy.
4. User Conduct
Users agree to use the service responsibly and not to abuse, harass, or misuse the AI assistant. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Disclaimer
MuteluAI provides entertainment services only. Fortune telling, Tarot readings, and astrological predictions are for entertainment purposes and should not be considered as professional advice for medical, legal, financial, or other important decisions.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
