This Refund Policy applies to all credit purchases made through MuteluAI on LINE. MuteluAI uses a prepaid credit system where 1 Thai Baht equals 1 credit. Purchased credits never expire and remain valid permanently. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if credits have not been used. Once credits are used for premium services, they cannot be refunded.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at contact@mobiusvision.com with your LINE user ID, purchase date, and reason for the refund request. We will process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable: (1) Credits that have been partially or fully used for premium services. (2) Bonus credits obtained through daily check-ins, birthday check-ins, or referral rewards - these free credits are promotional in nature and cannot be refunded or converted to cash. (3) Purchases made more than 7 days ago.

5. Exceptions

In cases of technical errors or service failures on our part, we may offer refunds or credit compensation at our discretion, regardless of the standard policy.
